Hope Therapeutic Services provides Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services that go along way to improve the life of the individuals we work for. Our services are provided in the comfort of their homes, the home of a relative or friend, our comfortable offices or in a Social and other community settings like the library, coffee shops, community centers, etc.
Our payment options will allow them to handle our reasonable expenses in a flexible, graduated manner and we are an in-network provider for many insurance providers.
Our dedicated staff is ready to provide person-centered and individualized services with evidence-based treatment methods. Our staff are fully licensed and work together to create viable solutions for the clients we serve. This unique trans-disciplinary team approach allows us to provide them with the skills they need to succeed.
ARMHS
We are here for you and your loved ones when the symptoms of mental illness get in the way of an individual’s ability to live an independent and meaningful life. We offer Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services a way that encourages and teaches skills that enable our clients to develop a belief in your own ability to do the things that they enjoy in life.
ARMHS will help you:
- Coordinate and deliver high quality mental health services in natural settings.
- Prevent mental health relapse or crisis, thus reducing the risk of hospitalization.
- Deliver services in a culturally competent manner.
Eligilibilty
- 18 years of age or older.
- MA (Medical Assistance) or Prepaid Medical Assistance(PMAP)coverage
- Have a primary diagnosis of a serious mental illness.
